Am I Eligible?

The Community HealthCare Connections helps people connect with health and dental resources. In order to receive help:

  • You must be a Calhoun County resident;
  • You must NOT have any kind of public or private insurance or government-sponsored coverage for the services for which you are seeking help; and
  • You must make less than the income limit that applies to the program under which you’ll receive help. Each program has its own income limit. (An Enrollment and Referral Specialist can tell you if your household income falls below the income limit.)

Generally speaking, if you live in Calhoun County, are uninsured, and consider your income to be relatively low, you will probably qualify for help.
